Purified water was purchased from Wahaha (Zhejiang, Hangzhou, China). The reference standards triptolide, triptonide, triptophenolide, tripterifordin, wilforgine, wilforine, celastrol, demethylzeylasteral, wilforlide A, and pristimerin were purchased from Sichuan Weikeqi Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (Sichuan, China), and their purity was greater than 98%.
